In this manual I am going to show you how to search your database for a preexisting customers loyalty points.

• To begin click on the customer loyalty button (If you have not created this button yet please view the manual entitled Installation)

• Once you have clicked on this button, you need to click on the option entitled ‘member search.’

• From this screen you will be taken to another screen where you are given the option to enter your customers ID number.

• After typing in the ID number, simply hit enter and all of the processed transaction history for that customer will then load.

• Just under the section where you enter the customers ID number you will notice the customer’s full name and their total amount of loyalty points that they have accumulated.

• To return to the sales screen, simply click the close button.
