Missing Transactions

You are most likely here due to our system health check indicating that one or more missing transactions have been detected within our system.

There is no need for concern as part of this check was to record the transaction number(s) so that the till can retransmit the sale data for processing. This should happen automatically providing the required programs are running on the POS. These programs are FTPtrans and CloudHQ POS Tools.

You are able to check that these programs are running by utilising our till status page https://portal.cloudposhq.com/admin/forms/tillStatus.php. If your till appears with either a red or yellow indicator, there is a problem detected which will need to be resolved. If no tills are displayed, then all the tills are running properly.

We will be adding these checks for running programs (among other checks) as part of our ongoing updates to the system health module and so in the future, the system health page will indicate exactly where the problem is.
