In this tutorial l am going to show you how to create a Stock Valuation report. Click on the menu button on the top left hand corner of the screen, followed by Reports, Stock and then Stock Valuation. Select the branch for which you trying to run the report. Enter the PLU numbers you would like to appear in your report by selecting a “From” & “To” range. Now do the same for “Groups”, “Department”, “Suppliers” and “Report Options”, once you have selected all these options click on the green “View” button. This will display your report on your screen. You can then print your report by selecting the yellow “Print” button. This will create a PDF report in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

Click on the report.pdf to open and print the report.
