In this tutorial I am going to show you how to view your operator discounts.

To begin click on the menu button located in the top left hand corner of your screen, followed by reports, followed by sales, followed by operator and then followed by operator discounts.

Once on this screen you need to enter a date range from which you wish to view the data from. If you are a multi branch store you need to select the branches you wish to view. Once you have selected all of your information simply click ‘search.’

You also have the option to simply click search and your information will auto fill from all available branches and the information will range from the current date to two weeks prior.

After your search has completed you will then be presented with a table with all of your desired information.

Moving horizontally across the screen you can see the columns representing the operator conducting the sale, the total value of their sales from the time frame selected, the items sold with a discount attached to it and the total value of that discount. The following columns represent your reasons codes that are setup during your initial installation of your POS software. In this section of the table the reasons numbered 1-9 are shown with reasons 10-24 shown under ‘sum of others’. When discounts are applied to a sale the value of that discount will appear under the corresponding column.

It is important to note that every user that has completed a transaction will appear under the operator column even if they have not applied a discount within their sale.

Moving vertically down the screen you will see the information is broken up into branches- with multiple branches shown for those with more than one franchise.

Once you have finished viewing your information you can then save the file as a PDF or export the information into an excel spreadsheet.
