In this tutorial I am going to show you how to view your points liability by your branch number.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS FUNCTION IS FOR THOSE BUSINESS’ THAT RUN MULTI-BRANCH STORES.

To begin click on the menu button located in the top left hand corner of your screen, followed by reports, followed by loyalty and then followed by points liability by branch.

Once this screen has loaded you will then see your point’s liability by branch screen. This screen will automatically load all of the accumulated points from all of your branches from the beginning of your loyalty points system up until the current time and date.

From this screen you can then generate a more specific search by entering in a date range. To do this simply enter dates in both boxes entitled “from” and “to” and then click “search.” This will then bring up a refined set of data.

You are also given the option to save the information as an Excel spreadsheet or as a PDF file for printing or for physical use at a later stage.

After you have viewed your liable points you can then generate a new search or return to your home screen.
