In this tutorial I am going to show you how to import data to your POS terminal

• When it comes to importing the data there are 2 different ways this can be completed.

• First, there is the automated way- where as part of the end of day process any updates will be automatically uploaded to the POS terminal.

• The second option allows for the upload to be immediate.

• In order to allow for this immediate update, you need to have permission to the manager’s screen.

• Once you are on the manager’s screen, you then need to click on the CloudHQ icon and enter in the necessary password.

• Once you have done this, an automatic process will be triggered to import any changes.

• You will know that the process is completed once the POS system restarts.
