Reprinting Labels

In this tutorial l am going to show you how to reprint an existing label. To begin click on the menu button located in the top left hand corner of the screen, followed by back office, products and then products again. This will take you to the following screen: Then in the “Search by PLU or description box” in the top left hand corner either enter the PLU number you need to reprint or if you do not know the PLU number you can search by all or just part of the product description. This will display all the relevant information for that product. Next select the “Profile” tab and then “Remotes/Labels/Ghost items” tab. The screen will be displayed like this:

In “Labels” section of the screen click on Print Product Label. A box will appear allowing you to select your chosen label. Once you have selected your chosen label type press the “Print” button. Please note that there is also an option prior to pressing the “Print” button to enter the number of labels you want to reprint. By default this is set to “1”.

Once you press Print, it will recreate the label.pdf in the bottom left hand side of your screen. It will look like this:

Click on the label.pdf to open it. It will be displayed like this on your screen:

Click on your printer picture on the right hand side of your screen, and press print.
