In this tutorial I am going to show you how to create a new group.

For this example, I am going to create a new group entitled WINE.

• To begin with, click on the menu button located in the top left hand corner of the screen, followed by the back office option, followed by products and then followed by groups.

• Once on this screen you need to enter the next available group code.

• If you do not know what the next available code is, simply click on the drop down filter next to select group code and search to the bottom to find the next available code.

• For this example, the next available code is 007.

• Once you have entered the group code, you then need to describe the new group that you are creating.

• For this example I am not going to enter an export code as it is only required if you are linking to an accounts package.

• Once all of this information is correct, simply click the add button and you will be informed that your new group has been created.
