In this tutorial I am going to show you how to change the price of a group of items by searching through its department.

For this example I am going to alter the price of LETTUCE by a 50¢ increment.

• To begin, click on the Menu button located in the top left hand corner of your screen. Followed by the Back Office option and then followed by Products - Quick Edit.
• Once this screen has been loaded, a warning window will pop up simply informing you that whatever changes you make to the system will result in an immediate update.
• You must click ‘I UNDERSTAND’ otherwise you will not be granted access to your stock information.
• Once you have successfully entered the page, you then need to click on the drop down filter under Department and search for your desired department.
• Once you have located your desired department you are then able to click on it, filtering out all other stock that is not registered under that category.
• From here you are going to move to the description box and search for the items by their name.
• After the search is finished you are then left with the one group of items that needs the price change.
• In order to change the price of these items you simply click on them one by one and change their price, clicking save after every change.
• If you do not wish to click the save button you can also move down to the next item using the arrow keys or simply click on the next item with the mouse.
• Once the prices have been changed and saved the items will be ready and active within your system.
