Customer Groups

In this tutorial I am going to show you how to add existing customers to a group.

To begin click on the Menu button located in the top left hand corner of your screen, followed by Back Office, followed by Customers and then Customer Groups.

Once this page has loaded you then need to click the ‘add’ button. This then allows for you to type in the name for the group. When creating this code for your customers, it is important to remember that there cannot be any numerical values within the code, only letters and punctuation are accepted.

After you have imported your group code and title, you then simply click save and you will be informed that your group has been created.

If at any time you wish to edit a group code or title, simply click on the drop down filter and select your group.

Once selected, you can simply click on the box you wish to edit and click save once you are done.
