To export sales data from CloudHQ to Xero perform the following:

Log in to your CloudHQ Portal account at https://portal.cloudposhq.com/

Open the menu and navigate to Admin → Xero → Xero Sync

If you are not logged into Xero, you will need to do so now

You will then be prompted with the option to allow access between Xero and CloudHQ - click Allow access for 30 mins

You will then be returned back to CloudHQ portal

The first step should be to import any new accounts/suppliers from Xero into CloudHQ

Tick the accounts/suppliers box and then click Import from Xero

Once importing has been completed, you can now export any sales data

Tick the Sales box and enter a date range you wish to export and then click Export To Xero
