Go to Main Menu, then Reports, then Sales and select Survey Answers.

Select your date range and press Search.

Your report will be created and look like this. You then have the option to Save it as XLS or PDF file by clicking on the appropriate green button.

This XLS report will appear in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Click on it to open the report.
