====== Time & Attendance ======
**This is not a wages system it is a record of staff hours.**

**In a Two Till site using Time & Attendance the attached files need to be in the tills "NOT" used for clock in / out** Thank you

Back Office, Systems, Operators, Select Branch ID & Operator. This is where you enter the Staff members hours on specific days.

Then enter on the right hand side the number of hours that staff member has completed: Hourly Rates: Mon-Fri Sat/Sun Public Holiday.

**In this tutorial l will show you how to complete a Time & Attendance form.**

Click on Menu, Reports, Financial, Time & Attendance.

Select Branch Form, Date Range From & To, Operators From & To. The press Search.

This will create a report on your screen that looks like this.

You can press Save As PDF, this will create a PDF form

Click on the PDF form to open it.

You are then able to save it, download it or print it.
