====== Email receipt to Customer ====== We will show you how to email a receipt to a customer. Log into your CloudHQ4 Portal. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:cloud_portal.jpg?400|}} Click on the + sign in the top right hand corner of the Sales Value field. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:sales_value.jpg?400|}} Click on the + Transaction History button, top right hand corner {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:transaction_history.jpg?400|}} Then select the date range you would like and press GO. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:date.jpg?400|}} Then on the All Sales line press the + and select a transaction to be emailed. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:all_sales.jpg?400|}} {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:receipt_number.jpg?400|}} Once you have selected a receipt number click on the + button next to your chosen sale {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:sale_email.jpg?400|}} Enter email address (Email PDF) and press the email option. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:email.jpg?400|}} Open your emails and view your attached receipt. {{:start:dashboard:sales_information:email_attach.jpg?400|}}
