In this tutorial I am going to give you a tour of the facilities that the homepage has to offer.

• Once you have logged onto your CloudHQ account, the first thing you will be greeted with is our homepage.

• On this screen you will notice 6 different boxes, each containing information regarding your business.

• Beginning in the top left corner, you will see a box entitled SALES VALUE. In this box there is a break down of your sales from the current year and from last year. Underneath those values there is the percentage variations between each year, and finally your targets for the financial year.

• The second box makes reference to your HOURLY DETAILS, showing you how much money you have taken between each hour of the day. This information is then broken into; value, transaction and items, and then broken up once again into 4 quarters depicting time; from morning, afternoon, late afternoon and then evening.

• The third box from the left makes reference to loyalty programs set up through your business. This box is set to present information regarding sales that do and do-not have loyalty cards throughout the period of one month.

• The box located under SALES VALUE makes reference to those items that are low in stock levels.

• The next box makes references those items that are selling the most or those that are the top sellers. These top selling items are then broken down further by; quantity, groups, departments and then supplers.

• The final box makes specific reference to those items that have not sold in 30 days or more.
