Ability to create and edit an account.

===== Create Account =====
  - To create a new account click on the "Add New Account".
  - {{ :start:backoffice:accounts:accounts:createacc.png?nolink |}}
  - Enter the account code in the "Account" text field and account name in the "Name" field.
  - The minimum required information to create an account is account code and an account name.
  - Following this enter other account information i.e. contact details.
  - To save the changes click on the save account button.
===== Edit Account=====
  - Pick an account from the drop down or search by name or account code.

  - Change the details of the account. 
  - To save the changes click on the save account button.
